I am an experienced licensed clinical social worker who believes in the power of therapy to help us find our way in troubled times.
As a social worker my training has taught me to focus on the person in the environment. That means as individuals with unique strengths and weaknesses we are influenced by the people and circumstances around us. When the path we are travelling in this environment becomes difficult to follow or recognize, therapy can be our compass. The COMPASSionate environment of the therapeutic setting and relationship can help us restore our inner sense of direction.
