I am passionate about working with teens or adults who are working through anxiety, depression, OCD, and addictions.
Choosing a therapist can be a difficult decision, it can be hard to share your life story with someone you are just meeting. I recognize that and will work to meet you halfway. In our sessions, I will bring a sense of calm confidence between myself and you based on trust. Trust that I use evidence-based practices… trust that I will work just as hard as you do each session… trust that I care and I am ready to listen.
My hope for our sessions is to create a safe space where you can share your experiences, explore options for your future, and provide skills to get you there. I won’t leave you alone or lead you on your journey, but walk with you as we learn more about you, your needs, and your goals. Because you are the expert of your life.
