About me
Our happiness in life is often dependent on the quality of our relationships. Struggles with communication, dysfunctional patterns of relating, and wounds from the past can leave a potentially great relationship in tatters. With extensive training and experience in couple’s counseling and healing of relationship issues of all kinds, I provide a safe, kind, and insightful approach that will get you back on track to create loving, supportive, and satisfying relationships.
I specialize in helping couples and individuals navigate the complexities of relationships. I believe many of the challenges in adult relationships originated in difficult childhood circumstances, and learning to relate in a healthy way as adults can heal these childhood wounds. Learning to effectively communicate is often the first step in this process. Mindfulness and sharing of your thoughts, emotions, and needs, and actively listening to your partner do the same not only solves conflicts but also creates emotional intimacy.
