About me
I am an experienced counselor helping you take steps towards healing. I understand the courage it takes to ask for help and I am dedicated to providing an emotionally safe place for you to receive that help.
I earned my Bachelor of Art Degree in Marketing from the Texas Tech University. I obtained my graduate degree in counseling from Wayland Baptist University. My passion is helping men, women and adolescents who are dealing with depression, anxiety and everyday life struggles. I want to help you learn to manage your thoughts, emotions and behaviors in a healthy manner. My belief is to meet each person where they are and celebrate their uniqueness. My office is a judgment free zone. My approach is to seek and combine clinical and spiritual discernment during counseling sessions.
