About me
I am an experienced addictions counselor who is dedicated to helping people work through their addiction and live a healthy lifestyle. I meet clients where they are and help them to discover who they are again!

I offer strengths based individualized counseling services that incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy, EMDR and mindfulness techniques. I also provide assessments, treatment planning, and education services as they relate to abuse of and dependency on alcohol and other drugs. If you are in a safety-sensitive position that falls under the jurisdiction of DOT and you have received a violation due to a positive alcohol or drug test, you will be required to complete the SAP evaluation process in order for you to be reconsidered for safety-sensitive assignment.
