About me
I am an experienced counselor and psychologist. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am available to provide therapy to adult clients who would like a solution focused approach within a cognitive behavioral model. I specialize in assisting clients who struggle with trauma and/or anxiety. I also am qualified as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist available to provide Independent Educational Evaluations to school aged children.
Personally, I am married with three young children. When I send my own children off to school, I expect nothing but the most compentent and caring support for their needs. Thus, it is my goal to assist clients in identifying thier child's needs and assit them in advocating for them. I also believe that many adults in this crazy world we are living in are living with a lot of trauma and/or anxiety. I am available to provide solution focused supports in a cognitive behavioral model to assist clients in coping with past issues while managing day to day life and what I call the "balancing game." In my spare time, I like to be with my family, spend time outside, exercise, and stay off the screens.
