Being client-centered - what we work on is determined by you - the goals, timing, and pace are up to you. We will affirm your strengths and gifts and work with liabilities. We will gain perspective and problem solve. Self-care and self-compassion are vital to this process.

I provide walking therapy. This unique approach combines the benefits of traditional talk therapy with mild walking enabling you to connect with nature, get some gentle exercise, and experience expanded perspectives through movement and the outdoors. I also provide in office and telehealth services for Maryland residents. I am Licensed Certified Social Worker- Clinical, MSDE Advanced Professional Certified School Social Worker, and a Certified Anxiety Professional.
