About me
I am a therapist with over 20 years in the field with experience working with clients experience anxiety, trauma and life choices.
I work through the lens of Holistic Mental Health, which is using physical health and lifestyle factors to address mental health symptoms. I use mindfulness and somatic awareness to manage mental health symptoms. I enjoy work with those experiencing anxiety and overwhelm. I also enjoy working with those who are pregnant and parenting and anyone experiencing identity issues. I am LGBTQ affirming.
I am a therapist who also owns a group practice so I have other therapists to refer to if we are not the best fit.
