I help adults, both young and young at heart, as well as teenagers, find relief from their stressors, achieve peace in their lives, as well as helping them to develop strengths to overcome any barriers they may face. I connect through all stages of life from young adulthood through retirement and all that comes during each stage. Because each client is different, my approach to therapy is one that is eclectic, collaborative and short-term. During the initial session, clients and I work together to create achievable goals.

To reach these goals, we will develop effective tools and strategies that help to achieve your desired outcomes. Sessions will consist of using techniques such as traditional talk therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, mindfulness skills, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (the idea that how one thinks, acts, and feels all interact together), to name a few.

A tidbit about me: I have a government law-enforcement background; I am a spouse of a wounded warrior; mother of 3 adult children and 7 fur babies; a believer in wind therapy and self-care; as well as yoga and meditation enthusiast.
