About me
I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who is passionate about supporting all people from different walks of life. My favorite tool to use in therapy is humor, because laughter is medicine.! I also provide a non-judgemental approach to being human!
I have been practicing as a therapist since 2012. I love talking to people and really enjoy seeing people grow. I joined JRNY Counseling is 2019, as an independent contractor and I have loved every minute of being part of this practice! I enjoy seeing people of all ages, 5 and up and use many different approaches to therapy (CBT, Mindfulness, Mind and Body Medicine to name a few). I am a mother to 2 boys and I have a boxer named Violet. I have been told by clients that I am very easy to talk to and will never judge you.
