About me
I want to help people feel seen and find hope in their healing journey. I am ready to meet you where you are at and when you are ready. Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, your identity, trauma, addiction, relationships or PTSD? Or are you a part of the LGBTQIA+ community or neurodivergent and want a counselor who can relate?
I am here to stand alongside you and help validate your experiences and emotions. I know that when you walk into the room, you bring with you experiences I've never had and I believe that you are the expert on your own lived experience. If you are ready, let's begin this healing journey together.
Are you looking for a counselor who is flexible, caring and an outside of the box thinker? I am a counselor who utilizes humor, animals or other things that interest you to provide a serotonin release and to help you feel comfortable in the session. I utilize a variety of counseling techniques to meet you where you are at.
I believe that everyone has the ability to grow and change and that you know yourself better than anyone else. It is my goal and passion to work together to help you discover your strengths and to overcome any difficulties you have had in the past or in the present. We can work together as a team to tackle each obstacle and struggle in your life. I am here to listen and provide you with tools to work through every aspect of your life. I am passionate about working with individuals who are neurodivergent or with individuals who have been diagnosed with autism or think they might have autism. I am a part of and support LGBTQIA+. I am a sex posititive therapist, kink allied and all other individuals in the community. Since a young age I have been passionate about listening and helping others and am experienced working with individuals who struggle with autism, grief, trauma, sexual identity, PTSD, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, depression, substance abuse and relapse prevention.
