I am experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate their mental health such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, adjustment, etc. Come where you have a safe and open space to talk and be heard and learn skills to help you.

I have been providing counseling services since 2011. I have worked with clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, career difficulties, family and marriage concerns, etc. I believe in creating a safe spaces for my clients and creating individualized treatment plans. I believe in promoting change through personal growth and building a foundation of inner strength and building upon current skills and strength.

I offer individual, group, couples and family therapy. I have utilized various techniques such as CBT, DBT, Trauma Therapy, Solution Focused, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, etc. I help clients and families build on the skills they possess and help them discover new skills and abilities along the way. I promote change through personal growth.

I accept Aetna, Cigna, UMR, United Healthcare and Optum and self pay as well.
