About me

I am a LCSW with a concentration in Adolescents and Families. I work with teens and their families to help turn conflict into connection and growth.

My practice uses neuroscience as the foundation for understanding behavior. At KCM Therapy, I focus on turning the question "what is wrong" into "why is this happening and what is this telling me". When clients and their families step into my office, we become a team. I am here to collaborate with families who are struggling and help guide them to reach their goals. I tailor each treatment plan to an individual client. Modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, EMDR, and Polyvagal Theory. I see clients in person and on telehealth. I am also trained on Traumatic Experience and Somatic Embodiment. The training helps guide clients on what their body feels and connect these feelings to past unresolved trauma. I assist clients in unraveling these trauma webs to they can live a more fulfilling life now. I am an out of network provider but will offer a receipt after each session for each client to submit to their insurance. At KCM Therapy LLC, you will find personal, thoughtful, and evidence based treatment.
