As a clinician, it is important for me to focus on your culture, values and priorities. I also encourage the use of non-traditional health care practices to supplement our work, as appropriate.

As a psychotherapist, it’s essential for me to provide you with a healthy and hopefully life changing experience. Again, I believe that people are the expert of their lives, so I work with my clients to identify areas of their lives that may not be working so well for them. We can develop a trusting relationship, explore relevant past information and experiences, identify what current thoughts, behaviors and relationships encourage or discourage your overall health, and find ways to improve or accept your condition and/or lifestyle.
