Hello! I have been working as a therapist for about four years and found my passion for therapy through the gentle nudging of friends and families to enter into a field that would allow me to utilize my empathetic nature, desire to help others, and proclivity to diffuse tense situations. Therapy was the natural conclusion. I specialize in treating a variety of anxiety issues, depression, relationship issues, family systems issues, and individual growth. Additionally, I have experience working with individuals worried about their sexual behaviors and attitudes, desire discrepancy, and communication issues. I’ve had the privilege to work with diverse populations in age, gender, race, and ability. I utilize a myriad of therapeutic modalities that typically center around the client and supplementing skills that may already exist or providing prospective that may have been difficult to access. I acknowledge it takes courage to enter therapy and work on challenging things, and I look forward to the opportunity to work alongside you to resolve the challenges you may experience.
