About me
I specialize in working with adults and teenagers who struggle with depression, anxiety, and addiction. I can help you by using evidence based therapeutic modalities in therapy sessions, as they have been proven to be effective. I believe in empowering individuals and helping them along the path to change.
I have been a social worker for over 23 years. My background includes working with families and individuals who have experienced abuse and neglect, as well as those who have been involved in foster care. I also have experience in helping those who struggle with suicidal thoughts and self harm. I have experience with solution focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
