I work with adults dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, sexual assault & other traumas, PTSD, relationship stress, premarital counseling, grief & loss, and mid-life crisis. When it comes to couples that may be experiencing a disconnect, I can help close the gap by bringing to light more helpful ways to communicate. Helping heal relationships has become one of my favorite roles since transitioning away from the unfulfilling corporate world. I also have extensive experience working with adults dealing with memory loss as well as their family members who have assumed the extremely demanding role of caregiver.
