About me
I am an experienced trauma therapist dedicated to helping clients heal and live their best lives. I love working with teens and kids, and helping clients achieve their therapy goals.
Currently, my practice is virtual only. I love animals and plants. I am also an abstract artist, with a dabble into reality paintings. I love using creativity and movement in my therapy practice. I also love to cook. In my therapy practice, I listen carefully to you, and then together we design a treatment plan uniquely suited for you. I am flexible, respectful, and practical. We will do what works, and adjust whenever needed. I am open to client feedback. I welcome all genders, sexualities, cultures, religious/ spiritual practices, ethnicities/ races, and alternative lifestyles without judgement.
