About me
Our group practice, Hinsdale Therapy Group, works with people from all walks of life who are experiencing a wide range of problems. We help clients who are feeling stuck in a specific, present-day issue or transition as well as with clients experiencing problems of a more traumatic, chronic or severe nature.
Hinsdale Therapy Group was founded over 15 years ago with the goal of creating a high-quality, therapist-owned and -operated counseling practice. Today, Hinsdale Therapy Group continues to offer every client therapy that is easily accessible, supportive and individualized. From the first phone call, throughout your experience with HTG, you will find a personalized approach.
We serve people across the lifespan, helping children, teens, adults and couples overcome anxiety, depression, behavioral or social struggles, relationship struggles, and difficulty managing life transitions, losses, or traumas. We are a group of people who care deeply about the lives of others and who are passionate about empowering others to reach their potential and achieve their chosen goals.
Our team is carefully assembled, with therapists specializing in each age range and phase of life. Additionally, HTG supports a model where clients can easily come and go as life unfolds and challenges arise.
