About me
I am an experienced therapist working with individuals 5-40 who is dedicated to help with all life challenges.
Hi, I’m Julie and work as a clinician at Ellie mental Health in Pittsford. I work with ages 5-40 with issues ranging from ADHD, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, PTSD, life transitions, life stressors and/or burnout, or if you just need someone to talk to. I am very flexible with my approach and meet the client where they are at. I believe rapport building is a critical part of therapy and offer a warm welcoming environment. I work with my clients to help gain understanding and explore solutions to work toward a desired goal, and believe in celebrating even the small successes along the way. I offer telehealth and in person to meet the clients needs. I have a past background as a special education teacher and then a school social worker in the BOCES program. My hours vary and I have current openings. I would be honored to go on this journey with you and support and guide you along the way.
