About me
I am a trauma focused therapist who believes in meeting clients where they are. I use a variety of modalities which allow me to help clients no matter what stage of the therapy process they are in.
With my advanced work in trauma and EMDR, I have witnessed the power of the human spirit to survive and overcome adversity and trauma. I use a strengths-based approach to help clients tap into their own strengths to resolve whatever issues they’re struggling with and move forward. Combining client strengths with evidence-based therapy modalities such as EMDR, gives clients the tools they need to overcome their challenges. I also believe in the importance of the therapist client relationship in the healing process. When clients feel safe, heard, and supported they are able to tap into their own strengths and find the courage to examine and address the issues in their lives.
