About me
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families through a wide range of issues. This may include depression, anxiety, OCD, relationship problems, addictions, transitions, trauma, ADHD, PTSD, childhood, and other life challenges. I have found that people benefit from different therapeutic modalities and methods to achieve their goals. Some of the modalities I find helpful in addition to somatic psychotherapy include IFS, CBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, and Play Therapy.
It is my goal to create a safe, supportive, and empathetic space to help you and your loved ones find healing and move from a place of struggle and pain to one of hope and positive change. My focus is to help you increase self-awareness and gain resources allowing you to live your life to its fullest potential.
