About me
New Journey Counseling is a group of counselors that serve children, teens and adults. We use Play Therapy, CBT, and Trauma-Focused Therapy to help with anxiety, depression, other life issues.
This practice specializes in using Play Therapy for children and teens, and CBT and Person-Centered Therapy for teens and adults. We have counselors that are trained in Play Therapy and we have counselors trained in Trauma Work.
