Hello, My name is Joseph but those closest to me call me Matt. I've been in counseling in some form or fashion since 2010. I have been a fully licensed counselor approximately five years. I love what I do and do my best to offer a competent approach that is centered in genuine concern and care for all individuals I encounter. I feel the most important aspect of a therapeutic relationship is trust and empathy.

I am very relaxed in my approach and try to remove the stiffness that can come with an overly professional setting. Sometimes you gotta drop all of that and embrace who you are and where you are emotionally.
