About me
I am a passionate counselor who is dedicated to helping adolescents and adults cope with anxiety, depression, and stressful life transitions.
The decision to seek therapy can be daunting. My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment for everyone who steps into my office. Collaboration and the understanding that everyone has experiences and perspectives that shape who they are as individuals are core aspects of my counseling philosophy. I aim to support and empower each client, helping them develop strategies for overcoming life struggles, whether that be depression, anxiety, or everyday stressors.
I utilize a client-centered approach coupled with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. I also use dialectical-behavioral techniques and strength-based approaches. within my practice. However, my theoretical approach will be determined by the client’s individual needs and goals for counseling. My experience involves working with individuals coping with depression, anxiety, and various life transitions. I primarily work with older adolescents and adults. Counseling sessions are available online and in-person. My availability consists of Monday-Thursday and Saturday mornings.
