About me
I am experienced Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, fully trained in EMDR dedicated to those who have endured trauma as well as any kind of family of origin dysfunction (ACOA) that continues to impact current relationships.
My approach to therapy is warm, authentic and person-centered creating a safe and productive space to work on any issue that will increase the quality of your life, the quality of your relationships – most importantly, the relationship you have with yourself! I am Licensed Professional Counselor, fully trained clinician (EMDR), Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist treating those with a history of trauma as well as a Certified Advanced Drug and Alcohol Counselor.
My experience includes providing services to those who have a history of trauma, substance use history, those who have a loved one that struggles with addiction and/or mental health and those who have experienced any kind of family of origin dysfunction and/or relational dysfunction.
