About me
Are you dealing with anxiety, stress, emotions, and behavioral issues? Are you wanting to find a better way to go about coping with these daily frustrations? Is your kiddo having a hard time expressing themselves in a positive way? I am excited to work with individuals, kids, teens, couples, and families. My focus is on clients who need a boost in working through their daily stressors, anxiety, and depressive feelings you might be having. I will approach the counseling relationship by allowing the client to become comfortable with their own creative side, with creative interventions. I am currently a doctoral student in a Marriage and Family Ph.D. program at National University. I am currently studying new ways to counsel individuals, kids, teens, couples, and families. If you feel we might be a good fit, please email me with your name and how you came to find me!
