About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who mainly focuses on working with people with anxiety (and anxiety related issues), depression, PTSD, relationship issues. I also work with couples. Most of my clients are adults, but I also work with teenagers.
After working for several years in a not-for-profit organization I have opened up my own practice. In therapy I use a combination of CBT, IFS, person-centered, and DBT interventions to help my clients. I am a calm and supportive person who does his best to accept others and help them reach their goals.
