I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in the treatment of depression, anxiety, OCD, Trauma, and sex/porn addiction.

My practice is called Novella Counseling, LLC. A novella refers to a short novel. Everyone has a story to tell. I’m here to listen, without judgement.

I take a multi-therapeutic approach using ACT, CBT, EMDR, Narrative and breathing techniques to help clients survive the challenges of their story and to thrive into their next chapter of life. ACT is especially helpful because it is based on your chosen values.

Clients of Faith and non-Faith are both welcome. Clients of Faith will find their values respected, from their perspective and used as a strength. I am a Catholic Christian and have experience working with clients from a variety of Christian backgrounds and beliefs. Clients without any Faith background with be completely respected where they are and only encouraged to live according to their own chosen values.

I also have experience working with those struggling with sex/porn addiction. There is no judgement here. Much of the work I do is in this area and I have been trained in the ERCEM model by Carol Juergensen Sheet to work with both individuals and couples experiencing betrayal trauma.

My office is located in the South East part of Indianapolis. I see clients from Indiana both in persona and via video. Additionally, I also see clients from Florida via video.

My office hours are M-F, 8 am - 3 pm.

Rates are $120 for a 45 min session, $155 for 60 min. I accept CC, HSA, and check. While I do not accept insurance, I do provide a statement for you to give to your insurance provider for out of network credit.
