About me
I am a TX licensed clinical social worker. My experience includes intensive outpatient mental health group for the senior population & individual clients. I serve my client's with an eclectic approach using a blend of therapies depending on the specific client need. A few of the approaches I use are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing therapy, Solution Focus Brief Therapy, Imagery Rehearsal Therapy and Gestalt Therapy. I see patients most often for: Anxiety, Depression, Bothersome dreams, Grief/Loss, Low self esteem, spiritual needs, Bipolar Disorder I and II, anger management, relationship issues and other problems.
My seasoned background includes nursing, ministry work and Social Work/Psychotherapy. I am a family oriented person and love spending time with my family. My hobbies are art, music, and animals. My practice is dedicated to working with/helping to give others hope, achieve their goals for a better quality of life and new perspectives.
