About me
I am a certified Trauma Professional, practice psychodynamic, mindfulness, use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I use a variety of evidence-based treatments, and tailor treatment to assist with meeting your goals. I mostly work with young adults challenged by their anxiety, depression, due to underlying trauma & emotional wounds from their past. “You really have to love yourself to get anything done in this world.” I value this quote by Lucille Ball that reinforces how important it is to work on our wellbeing.
I support my clients to develop healthier relationships with others, learn to speak their voice without fear, navigate through conflict with others whether it be through individual therapy or Couples work. My style is effective for clients that are ready to uncover deeper wounds, build awareness, do some healing, and change perception.
I work hard to create a safe space for you to unload your troubles, facilitate growth, cultivate greater happiness in your life by encouraging clients freedom of expression. Let me tell you how I can help, let's set up a free-brief consultation & “spoon your way to health.” Ok, Therapy is not as simple as “Vitameatavegamin, but it can be as much fun!
