About me
I understand and value the importance of providing clients with a safe space to express and process life's events and accompanying emotions. I use a warm and friendly approach to help them to identify their strengths while empowering them as they work toward their goals. Recognizing it can be challenging to open up to someone, I believe in building a strong therapeutic alliance and allowing clients to work at their own pace so that they can best balance life's changes and challenges.
I believe in working collaboratively using a strengths-based approach as I take the time to understand my clients and their individual needs and goals. I hold the philosophy that everyone has the tools within themselves to reach their goals, especially when given the right opportunity and support. I wholeheartedly believe that all of my clients are doing the best they can in every given moment, even when they cannot see it themselves. My mission is to support them in finding hope during challenging phases of life and its transitions, and in helping them to tap into their strengths, optimize their potential, and have more fulfilling relationships with both themselves and those around them.
