I'm a trauma therapist in Longview, Texas who specializes in the treatment of adult women (25+) who have anxiety and trauma.
Always feeling stressed and tired. Feeling like you must be the problem, and just won't ever be able to connect with the people in your life. Frustrated that you'll never be enough. Hopeless that things could possibly get better.
I help you find relief and peace by focusing on understanding yourself, emotion regulation, self-esteem building, and trauma processing. My approach is eclectic and draws on multiple trauma-informed modalities. The treatment methods I rely most heavily on are: EMDR, Internal Family Systems, archetypes, mindfulness, and somatic experiencing.
