Cognitive Therapy (CBT) is probably the most research – supported therapy, shown to help clients change in reasonably short time frames, improving thoughts, feelings and behavior. We all can get into a pattern of saying negative things to ourselves throughout the day, but cognitive therapy and mindfullness are powerful tools for escaping that negativity. My specialties are adult anxiety, ADHD depression – and organizational skills.
