Talk therapy can only get you so far. That is why my favorite model for therapy is Internal Family Systems (IFS). IFS helps you control reactions and restores balance back to yourself. I also use EMDR to work with the lower brain that controls our fight, flight or freeze reactions. When healing happens you won't just react, you can choose how you respond.
