About me
Normal is a setting on a dryer. For all other places life will take you, I am here to help. I have over 20+ years serving children, families, couples, individuals who are struggling with a plethora of messy mental health issues.
I provide in office, on-line and at the farm (animal assisted counseling) in creative, individually tailored, strength focused, evidenced based approaches to help hurting people. It hard to navigate the difficulties and distress. My providing a comfortable and safe space centered therapies assist many in moving through the overwhelming pain to strength and growth.
