About me
I am a licensed professional clinical counselor who works with individuals and families in Ohio. I work with those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life stressors and difficulty communicating.
I focus on you as a WHOLE person. I use creative activities or examples, interventions, and humor throughout the counseling journey depending on what feels like a good fit for both of us. I have 10 years of experience helping support individuals and families on their journey to feeling their best! I am currently telehealth only, but plan to have in person sessions available soon.
