About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is dedicated and motivated to help clients of all ages (children, adolescents, adults) learn about and grow in their true authentic selves to live and lead happy and healthy lives, mentally, emotionally, physically.
My passion for helping extends past my private practice as I am fully invested in wanting myself and those around me to live their true authentic lives and improve themselves on a regular basis. I enjoy exercising, cooking, being in nature, spending time with my family, and being adventurous. I offer a holistic and non-invasive approach to therapy where I look at the whole person and work with my clients to heal. My private practice provides is a comfortable and safe space for clients to explore their emotions and feelings and work through their personal hang-ups, past and present. I utilized an eclectic approach to therapy that integrates talking, music, art, mindfulness, and emotions to help facilitate the healing and growing process in the therapeutic work. I meet my clients where they are, mentally and emotionally to secure therapeutic trust and rapport.
