About me
Jenny is a therapist at Applied Care Services providing individual therapy. She received her master's in Social Work from St. Catherine University. She has experience working with adolescents, adults, and families in inpatient, intensive outpatient, in-home, clinic, and case management settings. Her special interests include mindful practices, complex trauma, mood, anxiety, and personality disorders, and substance use and addiction.
I have experience working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, financial insecurity, co-occurring disorders, psychosis, and comorbidity. I am committed in providing a non-judgmental, and validating, safe space for my clients. I believe in collaborative care and strives to meet clients where they are at in their journey towards healing and growth.
