Experienced in helping individuals navigate wellness of mind, body, and spirit.
There is a Swahali Proverb that says, “every vessel has its own waves” and here at Ankura Wellness we can help you drop anchor and find solace amid the waves.
Using a person-centered approach, I think it is important to offer support for the development of change and growth. You see, I believe therapy is a process. A process that is vulnerable to us and to our emotions. Often it can leave us feeling capsized, caught in a rip current, and unable to navigate the open water on our own.
On that note, let me take a moment to introduce myself!
Hello, my name is Jen! I founded Ankura Wellness with the intent to help others who identified with the need to find inner peace. Ankura, translated from its Greek origin, means anchor. As a person-centered therapist, my objective is to help persons such as yourself find a safe place to drop anchor and to begin grounding yourself in wellness of the mind, body, and spirit.
So if you find yourself ready to embark on this adventure of self-care and inner wellness you have come to the right place! Click below to schedule your introductory session.
