Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in working with adults, primarily women, going through life transitions such as loss, relationship issues, fertility challenges, and career changes. I am also a Certified Fertility Counselor.
I work a lot with clients dealing with anxiety, trauma, overwhelm, low self-esteem, grief and sleep issues. I promote mindfulness and self-love in sessions and help clients to begin to practice these in daily life to increase a sense of calm and balance in anxious and stressful times.
After making a considerable career change, I began working in the mental health field in 2010. My experience began in community mental health working with severe and persistent mental illness, addiction, hospice end-of-life and bereavement, and have worked in a private practice setting for the past 2+ years.
I am currently meeting with clients solely via Teletherapy which allows for increased safety during Covid as well as the convenience of not needing to travel, leave work early, or find childcare in order to attend therapy.
