About me
There are many reasons for seeking therapy, which is why I take an eclectic and collaborative approach with my clients, who have a wide range of mental health concerns. I utilize a client-centered lens, and techniques appropriate for each individual. Together we’ll discover the best approach – which may include psychodynamic, interpersonal, trauma-informed, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Complicated Grief Therapy, and Mindfulness, for example, or a combination.
I work with adults of all ages. Though not fluent in Spanish, I speak more now than I learned in high school and college, thanks to my bilingual Latinx clients. Clients say they appreciate my empathy, warmth, and down-to-earth approach, noting that I “get” them early on. I look forward to working with you collaboratively as we join together in a safe, non-judgmental, supportive therapeutic space to explore and address your mental health goals.
