As a therapist I see myself as someone who accompanies another on their unique journey. I believe people are the experts in their own lives, but can benefit from a professional’s perspective and insights while learning a few new tools to ensure ongoing success and wellness. My approach includes a biopsychosocial perspective, meaning that a person’s emotional wellness is NOT separate from physical health or environmental factors. All aspects of a person are considered and addressed to promote optimal wellness with a focus on integration of all areas of life. I have extensive experience with grief and loss, bridging physical and emotional wellness, a passion for women’s wellness and recognizing life traumas and becoming “unstuck“. Overall, I have a dedication to helping ease the suffering of the human experience and assisting in creating a more joyful life.
