I enjoy working with people and assisting them in overcoming obstacles in their life. The last two years have been particularly hard for most people. Many people are finding it more difficult to manage everyday stress. If you are struggling right now with depression, anxiety or you are having interpersonal conflicts, supportive therapy can greatly improve your ability to manage your life on a day-to-day basis. It is my goal to assist people in gaining insight and learning the skills they need to make their lives more manageable and to bring hope and balance to their daily living.
I have over 30 years working in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping people gain the insights and skills they need to overcome the obstacles in their lives. I work hard to provide a non-judgmental and safe space for people to learn, grow and heal.
