About me
Grief and loss. End of life. Death of a parent, child, friend, pet. Divorce. Disability. Chronic medical diagnosis. Employment changes. Natural disaster. Relocation. Who of us has not been touched by these?
There is no such thing as a right way to grieve, a time limit on recovering from loss, or a "normal" way to contemplate the end of life for you or a loved one. You want to find meaning in the shadows, light in the confusion, hope in the hopelessness.
I bring more than 30 years of unique experiences and have a background that includes significant grief and loss in my personal life and careers. I was a first responder to Columbine HS in 1999, and as a school principal have helped countless families through tragedy. Being of service and helping people through grief and loss is why I became a therapist.
Regardless of how muddy or clear the waters, the pull of the tide, or the still-deep waters, I am here to help. I don't have an office and am available to come to you or provide telehealth services.
