About me
I specialize in addressing issues related to depression, anxiety, stress, anger, self-harm, trauma, communication problems, and family conflict. I also know what it's like to live with depression and anxiety, having addressed these issues in my own life.
From a leader in church youth groups to a case manager and street outreach worker for runaway and homeless youth, I have worked with adolescents in a variety of settings since 2006. As a therapist, I have been doing individual and family counseling with adolescents since 2015. I also have experience doing individual therapy with adults and desire to help people become what God has created them to be.
I consider it a privilege to meet people where they are and join them on their personal journey. My goal is to understand your goals and help you achieve them.
