I work collaboratively with clients such as Athletes, Performers, Artists, Professionals, Entrepreneurs & Students to provide evidenced based mental and emotional skills to help manage pressures as well as cultivate professional, academic or athletic success.

Often athletes, students, professionals, entrepreneurs, students or artists are taught to negate their emotions and focus solely on their physical strengths or behaviors. Janae supports individuals in developing mental and emotional skills to remove blocks, discover their strengths, and improve athletic and overall performance. Janae explores the connection between our mind, body and soul and works to help people understand the importance of building their emotional intelligence and mental skills to improve how they show up and perform when needed. Furthermore, Janae provides wellness and empowerment coaching to athletes, professionals, students entrepreneurs & athletes of diverse backgrounds to support their wellness and lifestyle changes.
