About me
I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, eating disorders, and anxiety. I am an Associate-level therapist with experience working with clients in recovery from eating disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders in outpatient settings as well as in treatment at higher levels of care.
I offer care to those who struggle to balance external image with internal thoughts. I utilize a non-judgmental, casual, creative style to therapy, informed by various modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Radically-Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Polyvagal Therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to determine when finding your narrative can help you identify how you see yourself in your worldview, or when a “bottom up” or skills-based approach may be more supportive. My goal is to empower you with the right tools and information that will help you build skills needed to get the most out of life.
After reflecting upon the impact the last few years have made, if you are experiencing echoes of isolation, fear, overwhelm, you deserve a safe collaborative space to explore “What’s next?” We will work together to locate your core values, reconnect to a sense of purpose, and find more ease with the everyday.
