You are a whole person, and I am here to support you in harnessing your most authentic self. In my work as a therapist, I strive to embrace a holistic approach with my clients. Having overcome obstacles in my own life, I value providing an inclusive, down-to-earth space where clients can show up exactly as they are. I like to work collaboratively with my clients to help them connect to their truth and unlock what is blocking them from living the life they want.

I believe every person can change how they move through this world and feel more aligned with their true self. Wherever you are on your journey, you deserve to feel understood and supported.

For over a decade, I have committed my life to learn various therapeutic modalities to support clients. My commitment to my healing journey and desire to support people through some of life's challenging obstacles continues to inspire and inform my work and healing practices. I feel privileged beyond belief that I can help empower, affirm, and support my clients.

I'm from the northwest, passionate about social justice work, LGBTQIA2+ advocacy, and a supporter of Health at Every Size (HAES). I love being an Auntie, animals, traveling, watching documentaries, and spending time with my partner and our two sweet rescue pups.
