About me
I have 20 years experience working with relational and adjustment challenges including grief, conflict, depression, and anxiety. My years of experience includes children, adolescents, and adults, always including developing self awareness and personal empowerment. I, also, do crisis debriefing in the work place.
I grew up with 4-H steers, animals, country living and being responsible for my choices by learning to evaluate the outcomes of my choices, and make changes or relational repairs as needed. Along with my 14 years in medicine, 19 years as a grade school teacher, raising 2 boys, ranching, cattle, horses with my husband and now my continuing experience as a counselor, I bring much proactive wisdom to my counseling practice.
Striving to develop my self-wisdom and self-empowerment are foundational in developing satisfying relationships and a peaceful, enriching, and purposeful life.
